You can use GoTo Connect phone, video conferencing, messaging, and admin features directly on your computer or mobile device - no special phone hardware necessary. VolP compatible phones for GoTo Connect can also be purchased here.

Can I use my existing business phone number? How long does it take to port over my old number?

You can port (transfer) your current business phone number directly to your GoTo Connect account. If you'd like a new virtual phone number, you can create unlimited numbers and extensions at any time. The number porting process depends on many factors, such as how long it takes for your current carrier to confirm the transfer.
